Telephone Support

Contacting Eagle’s Technical Support Center is another way to obtain answers to your technical questions. The Technical Support Center is staffed with technical support engineers who are ready to answer your company's technical operational questions about Infor products. In order to request telephone support, you must be enrolled in one of our Support Care Offering programs.

To expedite the resolution of questions, technical support contacts should gather as much information as possible before calling the Technical Support Center. When you call, be prepared with the following information:

• Site ID (customer number)
• Eagle Product and version number
• Operating system type and version
• Machine operating system type and version
• Description of the problem (include error numbers, error messages, circumstances in which problem occurred)
• Other useful information (copy of screens or reports, reproducible case, number of users on the system, and any other pertinent information).

On-Site Support

Sometimes, it may be less time-consuming and therefore more cost effective, to have one of our Technical Support Specialists, come to your facility to help you. Often, in addition to helping you with your first request, we usually are able to perform many other productivity enhancing services, as well. Some of the other items we may be able to do are:

  • verifying the integrity of your back-ups
  • process reviews
  • revision levels
  • adherence to the latest service packs
  • and much, much more.
