Electronic Document Management (EDM)
This
productivity enhancement module gives a distributor the ability to
deliver invoices, purchase orders and a variety of other documents via
fax or e-mail directly from the print utility within Enspire. The EDM
module automatically generates the requested document type (fax, print,
e-mail PDF) based on customer document control parameters, and up to
eight modems can be configured to transmit spooled fax documents printed
in batch mode.
Credit & Collections
The first industry-specific credit and collections software
product

ICVerify is used in a wide variety of business applications, including
direct, traditional retail sales and in catalog/mail-order distribution
environments. In addition to transaction processing,
ICVerify provides
transaction storage, tracking and retrieval, reporting and integration
capabilities.
Electronic Data Interchange
The Enspire EDI SnapOn
enables the computer-to-computer exchange of business data between a
distributor and its customers. This application provides a fast and
efficient way to receive purchase orders from customers and to send
invoices, shipping acknowledgements, warehouse acknowledgements and
other documents to customers in an electronic format.
Enspire eClient
Enspire eClient is the business-to-business part of the eBusiness Series
for Enspire. Enspire
eClient provides invaluable communication and sales resource services
through an Internet connection. It allows companies to offer information
and remote order entry capabilities to their customers and remote salesmen.
The SnapOn is comprised of 2 functions; Remote Customer Services and
Internal Sales. Remote Customer Services allows designated customers
to order, check stock, inquire about pricing, review document status
and aging reports. Using the Internal Sales function, a remote salesperson
can communicate with Enspire, input customer orders, check stock, confirm
pricing, review document status and generate commission reports. The
system also has the capability of accepting order entry ASCII files
for offline operation.

Enspire eShop
The Enspire eShop is a SnapOn to implement business-to-consumer strategies
through the World Wide Web. This software is an effective medium for
delivering products and service information to prospective clients and
existing customers with unlimited access. The shopping cart offers the
standard options of adding selected items, reviewing and changing cart
contents and securely completing the order through credit card purchases.

Airborne and others. StarShip features a plug-and-play interface to

Trade Service PFMS
Designed for electrical
and plumbing distributors, the Trade Services PFMS module automatically
imports accurate catalog content and pricing information from the i2
Trade Service subscription database for electrical and plumbing/PVF/HVACR
vertical markets. This SnapOn helps a distributor reduce costs and
