The GoToMeeting product has four parts:

  The Organizer Application is the technology the licensee downloads to organize and host meetings.

  The GoToMeeting Web site (www.gotomeeting.com) is where meeting hosts and participants can go to start and to join meetings and learn more about the product.
   
• Attendee Application  
  
  The Attendee Application is downloaded to participants’ computers when they join meetings.
