The GoToAssist product has four parts: 

• Representative Software  
  
  Known as HelpAlert, it is the component of the technology that enables customizable routing and automatically sends customer inquiries to the appropriate support department or representative. All representatives need HelpAlert running on their computer to conduct support sessions.
   
• Web Site Portal  
  
  This is a client specific Web site, often hosted on the company's support Web page, where their customers begin a support session with a representative. This portal can come in one of several different types depending on the clients needs.
   
• Customer Download  
  
  This is the component of the technology that the customer downloads to their computer at the start of a session. It transmits the image of the customer's desktop to the representative's computer and enables them to share the mouse and keyboard.
   
• Management Center  
  
  The Management Center is a Web site that provides the ability to monitor and manage use of GoToAssist and provides live, up-to-the-minute reporting for pre-defined or custom date ranges in either Excel or HTML format. The Management Center is designed for shift managers, supervisors and project leads.
