Hot key lookups provide many alternate ways of finding the right customer. More than one hot key lookup may be used at a time creating powerful multi level lookups.

Boolean logic may be used to create custom lookups that use a variety of field look-ups.

Order Entry Main Screen

Detailed customer information like credit, aging, history and contacts are accessible with a single click. The extended header tab also allows you to view and access customer detailed options that can be changed on a one-time order basis.

Basic, Drop Ship, Vendor Direct, Future, Recurring, Will Call, Manufacturers Rep, Quotes and Direct Invoice document types are all available from a single screen.

A Disposition code by line item determines whether product will be supplied from stock, special order, warehouse transfer; drop ship, vendor direct, backordered, purchase order, or a future order.

Detailed item information, like images, availability, notes, history and much more, is immediately available on a line-by-line basis.

Customer Information at Hand

Individual customer accounting controls, order controls, credit information and quarterly sales activity are all available on the customer tab.

Average days and the number of days to pay the last invoice (Last Pay Days) help provide insight into a customer's credit worthiness.

Credit Profile

Detailed customer aging is just part of the complete credit
Profile available for each customer.

Custom queries may be done by any of the column headers with a drop down arrow.

Line item entry can be resequenced by simply dragging column headings to the desired location and then stored to each user's register.

Sales History

Complete item sales history for all document types is available for customers from Order entry by simply clicking on the history tab.

Archive lookup can be easily sorted by simply dragging the column header to the sort area.

All open quotations are also available for review.

Corporate customers with centralized billing are easily handled with separate Bill To information. Unlimited Sold To ID's can be tied to a single Bill To ID.

Order Entry Totals

Order Entry totals page provides complete detail for discounts and freight charges.

Order details such as margin, fill and rebate information are all calculated as part of the detailed order analysis.

Comprehensive order and customer document control management is available with the use of flexible hold codes.

Multiple Payment Methods

Multiple methods of payment of cash, check, or credit card can be entered for each document.

A credit card control file lets you establish the types of cards to be accepted and retains credit card information in the customer file.

Settings can be checked for card swipe devices and on-line authorization of credit cards.
